Missions

Missions
We believe in putting our faith into action locally, nationally and internationally. If you would like to serve not only our De Pere and Green Bay community, but also the world in some way, then we have opportunities for you. We are involved in many missions, including disaster relief, food pantries, homeless shelters, tutoring, and much more. For more information, contact us.

Bulgarian Partnership
In 2008 we partnered with the Methodist Church in Russe, Bulgaria through In Mission Together, a General Board of Global Ministries outreach.  Our first trip to meet our new partners was in June 2008 and we are very excited about the work we can do together!  Click here to read the blog we posted while there.  Contact the church office to get involved with our Bulgarian Mission Partnership as we will have events planned all year long to connect our two congregations.

Food Pantries and Thrift Store
New Hope Church supports De Pere Christian Outreach, a ministry supported by nine congregations from seven denominations. Food, clothing, shelter, or monetary assistance can be provided to De Pere area residents through a thrift store at 506 Butler Street and a food pantry located in St. Anne's Church, 347 Libal Street. New Hope participants can also volunteer in the United Methodist Food Pantry and Thrift Shop located in downtown Green Bay; call the church for details.

Volunteer-in-Mission Teams
We are organizing mission teams for flood clean-up in Fond du Lac, and hurricane relief-work in the New Orleans area.  Contact us to get involved!
