Young Hope Youth Group (Grades 6 - 12)

New Hope provides a welcoming, pressure-free environment for teens who are interested in growing their faith through service projects, Christian education, and recreational activities. All youth are welcome, even if you aren't a member of New Hope!

  • Sunday, November 18th (6:00 - 8:00 pm) – Gobble Till You Wobble Youth Pot Luck Dinner

    Bring your favorite Thanksgiving food dish to share at our 2nd annual “Gobble till you Wobble” youth group dinner. We will enjoy a potluck style dinner followed by Thanksgiving games. Room 104 @ New Hope UMC.

  • November 25th – No Youth Group. Happy Thanksgiving!

  • Sunday, December 2nd (6:00 - 8:00 pm) – “C” is for Cookies

    We will be decorating Christmas cookies to eat and share. Room 104 @ New Hope UMC.

  • Saturday, December 8th (2:00 - 4:30 pm) – Mission Moment: Bringing Christmas Cheer

    It’s time to deliver some Christmas Cheer. We will be delivering cookies and carols to some of our senior church families. Special permission slips are required for this activity. Meet in room 104 @ New Hope UMC.

  • Sunday, December 16th (6:00 - 8:00 pm) – Christmas Party

    Spend an evening enjoying a holiday movie on the big screens. Bring your favorite mug for hot cocoa and enjoy some Youth Leader created treats. Bring a gift under $5 to participate in our white elephant gift exchange! Celebration Center at New Hope UMC.

  • December 23rd - January 6th – No Youth Group. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

  • Sunday, January 13th – I Can Only Imagine Movie Night

    6:00 pm – 8:15 pm, Room 104 at New Hope UMC. Bring a comfy chair or pillow as we take the full meeting to watch “I Can Only Imagine”, a film inspired by Bart Miller’s real-life story behind the beloved MercyMe song. Popcorn will be provided!

  • SAVE THE DATE: 2nd Annual 30 Hour Famine is scheduled for Friday, May 3rd - Saturday, May 4th!

To ensure your child's safety, All youth participating in our Youth group program are required to have a signed medical release form.    

For special events, you will need a signed permission slip. These are available in our church office or by clicking on the links to the right.
